In her new article published in 136 Harvard Law Review 757, Prof. Veronica Root Martinez's (Law) proposes federal interventions to increase transparency and public reporting of monitorship outcomes. She suggests that the public should receive an accounting detailing the success or failure of a firm's remediation efforts and offers two paths for public access to this information: a securities disclosure or a new policy via the Office of Management and Budget.
