Bacca Faculty Fellows are a small cohort of faculty (all ranks eligible) who commit to trying new methods or approaches in one of their courses which are consistent with LAMP goals. Over the course of the year-long fellowship, LAMP leaders convene workshops and hold individual consultations that allow fellows a safe space to reflect upon what works, locate what could work better, and develop a dynamic plan to achieve their desired learning outcomes for their students.
